WBHE Reveals the Arrival of ‘Evil Dead Rise’

Evil Dead Rise is now available to purchase digitally. Directed by Lee Cronin and starring Lily Sullivan (TV’s Barkskins, “I Met a Girl”) and Alyssa sutherland (“TV’s New Gold Mountain,” TV “Vikings”), the film was released digitally on June 27. From June 27, the film will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and 4K UHD Combo Pack.

  • “Evil Dead Rise”,, is available now for Early Premium Digital Ownership (PVOD) at home, for just $24.99, and 48-hour rentals via PVOD, for only $19.99 SRP, on all participating digital platforms, such as Amazon Prime Video AppleTV Google Play Vudu.
  • “Evil Dead Rise”, is available in 4K UHD Combo Packs, Blu-ray Combo Packs and DVD on June 27. “Evil Dead Rise” will continue to be offered in both high-definition and standard-definition by participating digital retailers.

The action in ” Evil Dead rise” moves from the forest to the city and is a twisted story of two sisters who are estranged, played by Sullivan, and whose reunion was cut short when flesh-possessing demonic creatures appeared. This forced them into a battle of survival, as they faced the worst nightmare version of a family.

The film is produced by New Line Cinema in partnership with Renaissance Pictures. It also features Morgan Davies (“The End,” Storm Boy”), Gabrielle Echols (Reminiscence”), and introduces Nell Fisher (“Northspur”) Produced by Rob Tapert, the film is executive-produced by Sam Raimi, creator of series and horror icon, and Bruce Campbell (cult hero and “Ash”), as well as John Keville and Macdara Kelher.
